SimulTrayd is the trading operation of Ex-Im America Ltd, a Wyoming corporation. Its founders have worked in international trade since 2008, when William Westbrook met partners in Utah to discuss a reconstruction project in Iraq. With backgrounds spanning academics, special operations, politics, economics, military, Department of Defense, and international operations, we traveled extensively and traded across every commodity type from fish to grains, manufactured goods, and ores by engaging directly in real trades. This hands-on experience delivered profound insights that shape how we trade today. Our trading operation runs on internal tools that remain largely manual, with greater automation planned for 2027.
Today, SimulTrayd buys from verified exporters and sells to verified importers across EMEA, NALA, and APAC. We take title to the goods, carry the risk, and handle the contracts, logistics and paperwork ourselves, so producers and buyers deal with one accountable counterparty.
Our Mission
Democratizing Global Trade, Solving Economic Scarcity
We reduce the friction in cross-border commodity trade. Less friction means goods move faster, more producers reach more buyers, and scarcity gives way to supply.
Three Disciplines, One Trading Operation
We combine deep economic insight, elite trading expertise, and advanced engineering. These disciplines shape how we analyze opportunities, structure agreements, and execute trades with precision and efficiency.
What We Stand For
The principles that guide every trade we make.
Trust
We verify every exporter and every importer we trade with. No unknown counterparties.
Transparency
Full visibility at every stage of a trade. No hidden costs, no opaque processes.
Speed
First contact within 72 hours. Deals move in days, not months.
Global Reach
Active across 40+ countries in EMEA, NALA, and APAC.
Human Support
Our trade desk handles every transaction directly, from first contact through delivery.
Accountability
We trade as principal, not as a middleman. We own the goods, carry the risk, and answer for the trade.
