When you use SimulTrayd we collect the information you provide to us directly: your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and details of the trades and enquiries you submit through the platform. We also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it. We use this information to operate the platform, process and fulfil trades, verify your identity, secure your account, respond to your enquiries, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS. If you choose SMS as your two-factor verification channel, we use your mobile number to send one-time verification codes when you sign in, request a replacement code, or change your security settings. These are transactional security messages; we do not send marketing or promotional messages by SMS. SMS verification is optional — you may choose email verification instead, and you can change your channel at any time in Security Settings. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your sign-in activity. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Who we share information with. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform — including telecommunications providers that deliver your messages — and only to the extent needed to provide that service.
